In the magical GlamourSea, the HeartPearl keeps the ocean bright, clear, and protected from the polluted Boundary Waters. Pearl, the youngest daughter of Queen Neptuna, is curious about the human world above and fascinated by the strange machines humans create. When a sailor’s old bicycle is tossed into the sea, Pearl discovers a “machine of machines” and becomes determined to understand it.
